Dates are usually first the Tuesday in the month at The White Hart
(Teague's Bar) Kingsholme.
Ordinary club members are welcome to attend committee meetings but are
not eligible to cast votes.
Members who wish the committee to discuss a specific matter are
requested to submit details in writing to the club secretary at least one
week prior to the next scheduled committee meeting.
Committee meeting minutes will be posted on the club notice board.
