Committee meetings
Notes:-
- Dates are usually first the Tuesday in the month at The White Hart
(Teague's Bar) Kingsholme.
- Ordinary club members are welcome to attend committee meetings but are
not eligible to cast votes.
- Members who wish the committee to discuss a specific matter are
requested to submit details in writing to the club secretary at least one
week prior to the next scheduled committee meeting.
- Committee meeting minutes will be posted on the club notice board.
